File List Pro for Wordpress lets you quickly display files, in a paged, sortable, searchable, and filterable list. It comes ready to go and is fully customisable. You can insert as many lists as you need via the easy to use shortcode builder.

You can manually choose the files you want to show from a list (whole site, or current post/page), specify date ranges or file types, add tags to files and show by tag, or limit to just the current post/page. Any time you add extra files the lists will update automatically if they match the criteria you chose.

Note: to pre 1.8 users: If you’re using the tag system for File List Pro you need to go to File List Pro -> Update tags to import your tags into the new system.

v1.8 – The tags system now uses custom taxonomies – making File List Pro work better with other plugins. 8 additional “metro” styles added. Changed file type handling – now easier to add new file types (through code). Other minor bug fixes.
v1.7 – Links to external files added. Fixed lots of smaller bugs.
v1.6 – Added seven additional style. Fixed bug that caused br tags to be added in some Wordpress installs causing links to be shown over multiple lines.
v1.5 – List files from anywhere in the site.
v1.4 – Added tagging ability to File uploader, and list by tag to the shortcode.
v1.3 – Fixed bug that stopped plugin working on sites installed into subfolders. Added the ability to list mp3, png, jpeg, and gif files.
