Please also check that your current installed plugins/themes do not generate any JavaScript errors because this will stop the Purple Heart WordPress Rating plugin to work (You can use Firebug to check errors). Please note: Google says that there is no guarantee that the stars will be appear on your search results. Our experience showed that it will appear when used regularly and not only on just one page.
